Tobacco Products Liability Project
The Tobacco Products Liability Project (TPLP) serves as a clearinghouse for tobacco plaintiffs’ lawyers, and is part of Northeastern University School of Law in Massachusetts.
The TPLP was established in the 1990s by law professor Richard A. Daynard as a means to hold the tobacco industry accountable for the disease, disability and premature deaths caused by cigarettes. The project has held over two dozen conferences dedicated to tobacco litigation strategy and information
